From Amazon to building my own systems
Started at Amazon as a Business Analyst, owning network losses analytics across India and international markets (Saudi, UAE, Japan, parts of the US). Worked across 50+ loss buckets — tracking where money leaks across the supply chain and fixing them with data. Drove ~₹2M/week in direct impact.
Moved to FloBiz's Founder's Office to build analytics systems, decision layers, and AI-led workflows for a large-scale SMB platform.
Then I flipped the model —
built systems that replaced what I was doing manually.
I don't use AI. I build systems around it.
34+ tools. 6 working prototypes. 6 live products people actively use. Agents, workflows, audits, PRDs, validation layers — everything structured before it ships.
Archana: 750+ commits, 6,000+ user actions. Call Analyzer: replaced a ₹60K/month tool at ~94% lower cost. Flo Analytics LLM: does what I used to do as a data analyst.
I've built auditors, SEO tools, WhatsApp bots (including group expense tracking), and full-stack AI systems.
I didn't just automate work —
I replaced my own job first.
Jalpara — I optimize for edge
I call myself Jalpara — a man who belongs in water. Put me near a river, backwater, or waterfall and I'll find my way in. I've chased hidden trails just to reach water, swum in freezing temperatures, and stayed longer than I probably should.
There's something about water — it strips noise, resets your head, and forces presence. That's where I do my best thinking.
For me, this isn't a hobby.
It's how I sharpen instinct, risk-taking, and clarity.
Sport. Trade. Languages.
I play everything — football, cricket, badminton, golf, squash, TT. If there's a game, I'm in. I don't just watch sports — I track them, feel them, live them. Olympics, World Cups, league games — I rarely miss moments that matter. Huge Virat Kohli fan.
I trade 6E futures with a custom-built scanner that pulls sentiment as well as volume analysis from different data sources.
I speak Hindi, English, Sanskrit and French — currently learning Spanish and Punjabi.
Shipping is the baseline
750+ commits. Live systems. Real users. Automation solving real problems — including pilgrimage systems like Kedarnath booking flows.
I care about what survives production: latency, cost, security, UX — products that anyone can use, whether they're 17 or 70.
I don't over-plan. I build, test, refine, and ship.
And when I say ship — I ship fast, and I ship often.

Most Indians want to book poojas online but trust is the barrier. Built a trust-first pooja booking platform with photo proof delivery, daily Panchang, Kundli birth charts, and auto-refund via Razorpay. 20 database migrations, admin dashboard, full email lifecycle.
Zero paid APIs — all computation runs locally. 250+ commits, 6,000+ sevas catalogued.

Enter any URL, get an AI-powered UX audit in 60 seconds. Real Google Lighthouse scores for desktop and mobile, Gemini Flash analyzes screenshots from 4 user personas (Grandma, Teen, Business, Screen Reader) across 8 UX pillars. Expandable reports with code-level fixes, severity filtering, shareable links, embeddable badges.

Split group expenses and track personal spending — all inside WhatsApp. NLP-powered expense detection from messages, automatic fair splitting across group members, personal finance tracking via chat. No app download needed — works in existing groups.

Social media managers manually count reel views in spreadsheets. Built a multi-tenant SaaS that scrapes Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook view counts automatically with monthly cohort analysis. Supabase Auth, per-user data isolation, free tier (YT + FB), paid tier for Instagram.
